Functionality & advantages

The OX-Kanban Sensor detects continuously and contact-free fill levels in shelving compartments- without any mechanical components. Its advanced time-of-flight technology measures material distance reliably, even when container sizes vary. When levels drop below a set threshold, the sensor automatically sends a signal to the ORGATEX Cloud. From there, notifications, replenishment requests or other workflows can be triggered - in real time and across all connected systems. Data is transmitted via NB-IoT, LTE-M or the energy-efficient Thread Mesh network. One sensor per compartment is sufficient—for less effort, greater efficiency, and maximum transparency in the material flow.
