MotionMiners ERGONOMICS - Ergonomics training for order picking processes

The MotionMiners ERGONOMICS training solution supports your company in implementing ergonomic load handling. With the help of sensor technology, an assessment basis is created for the movement sequences in your processes. A trained coach supplements this perspective with a subjective ergonomics assessment and trains your employees in healthier load handling. The training procedure is as follows: During the execution of two sample jobs, body-worn sensors generate meaningful data on movement and load handling. This measurement is supplemented by a hand-held scanner that simulates picking orders and provides information about the material handled. In the first run, picking is done without instructions. After data for the first sample order has been generated, this perspective is supplemented by the perspective of the ergonomics trainer and consultation is held with him. The completed sample orders can be evaluated and compared with each other in a web-based app. The effects of the training content can be visualised directly.
