MotionMiners ERGONOMICS - Ergonomics Training for Logistics Processes

The MotionMiners Ergonomics training solution supports your operation in implementing ergonomic load handling. With the help of sensor technology, an evaluation basis is created for the motion sequences in your processes. A trainer adds a subjective ergonomics assessment to this perspective and trains your employees in healthier load handling. The training procedure is as follows: While performing two sample jobs, body-worn sensors generate meaningful data on locomotion and load handling. This measurement is supplemented by a hand-held scanner that simulates picking orders and provides information about the material handled. In the first run, picking is performed without guidance. After data for the first sample order has been generated, this perspective is supplemented by the perspective of the ergonomics trainer and consultation is held with him. The completed sample orders can be evaluated and compared with each other in a web-based app. In this way, the effects of the training content can be directly displayed visually.
