With movizon CONTROL, movizon offers a master control system for the automation of individual processes in intralogistics. In addition to the unrestricted integration and control of a wide variety of AGVs, AMRs, and manual vehicles, all logistics processes and systems are also fully visualized in the software. This not only provides a continuous, fully comprehensive overview of traffic events and process execution, but also of all components involved in the process, such as machines, traffic lights, barriers, elevators and other infrastructure components. The visualization and management of the warehouses and parking spaces in the sense of warehouse management is handled by the movizon CONTROL master control system, as is the real-time tracking of containers and material. Independent of manufacturer and navigation type, AGVs and AMRs can be selected on a process-related basis and fleets can be individually assembled. The subsequent integration of AGVs and AMRs into existing fleets is also possible at any time and via a wide variety of interfaces, even beyond VDA 5050.
