Implementing Change Through Change Management
Change management describes a holistic approach to designing and implementing change processes within organizations—with a clear focus on actively involving employees. The goal is not only to implement changes structurally, but to develop them together with the affected teams and embed them sustainably in everyday work. This includes, in particular, transparent and target-group-appropriate communication, the early involvement of employees in decision-making and design processes, and the creation of dialogue formats in which perspectives, concerns, and ideas can be openly shared. In addition, qualification measures, training, and supportive formats are used to provide guidance, build necessary competencies, and actively address uncertainties. Change management aims to foster acceptance, trust, and a sense of shared responsibility. This is intended to increase the willingness to actively support and successfully implement changes.
