Decoding on-the-fly

Several 2D cameras capture 1D or 2D codes up to the size of a thumbnail on the cargo units. A distinction can be made between different information such as product code and transport code. Depending on the maximum load height, several cameras are installed on the side of the garage door, which can detect all codes up to an angle of 120°. By means of an additional camera in the center above the load carrier, the system recognizes exclusively the load units and their height and triggers only those cameras that are necessary for code detection.
