The emaWD provides the functionality for virtual workplace design and process planning of detailed production sequences. The software enables the planning, evaluation and 3D simulation of human work in the context of the Digital Factory to simulate selective safeguarding or complex continuous manufacturing scenarios with human involvement. With the digital human model and the behavior and process editor, workplaces and design production processes in detail, visualize manual activities as well as MRK system sequences and simulate complete manufacturing and assembly processes in 3D. In combination with the integrated analysis and evaluation of time and ergonomics on standard performance reference (e.g.: MTM-UAS® and EAWS®), valid and plausible planning results for secured processes are created.
