The ErgoMove® 1000 Electric Drive System for Loads up to 1,000 Kilograms
With the ErgoMove® 1000 electric drive system, both existing and newly designed means of transport, machines and plants can be equipped with electric drive, steering and braking support via plug &play. The ErgoMove® 1000 moves loads of up to 1,000 kilograms. The modular sets include two fixed castors with electric drive, cockpit solutions with integrated control and battery unit, and all relevant safety equipment (emergency stop, horn, dead man's brake systems, anti-trap protection, etc.). In addition to drive assistance, the ErgoMove® 1000 also features steering and brake assistance. The driven fixed castors of the ErgoMove® 1000 take the load of the trolley weight as part of a load-bearing structure. In conjunction with the intelligent control system, this results in flawless driving behavior at any trolley weight. Furthermore, the ErgoMove® 1000 impresses with its simple installation via "plug & play" and intuitive operability. As a result, the system can be used immediately after just a brief introduction. By means of commercially available exchangeable batteries, the readiness for use of the systems is guaranteed at any time - even in 24/7 operation.
