1. Describe your company and product briefly.
We are an innovative company based in Munich, founded in December 2014 by former BMW and IDEO employees. Our intelligent glove, which emerged from the Intel "Make It Wearable" Challenge, has already convinced more than 500 customers from the automotive industry, manufacturing, logistics and retail. Today, ProGlove consists of a team of more than 200 creative minds from 46 nations.
We develop worker-centric wearable scanner solutions that increase productivity on production lines and in warehouses for more than 2,000 industrial customers worldwide. Our powerful combination of hardware and software empowers workers in the field and promotes efficient human-machine collaboration.
Our goal is to create better, healthier and safer workplaces. ProGlove stands for ergonomic design, seamless system integration, and an unwavering commitment to empowering workers to improve warehouse efficiency.
2. What problem do you solve?
Our solutions address the key challenges facing today's businesses: increasing demands for efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, while coping with labor shortages. Traditional tools often fail to address the complexity of modern warehouse and manufacturing processes without overburdening workers or encouraging inefficient work practices.
Our human-centered handheld scanner solutions streamline workflows, reduce unnecessary movement and lower error rates. Their ergonomic design not only improves efficiency, but also worker health and safety.
Our Warehouse 360 software solution adds value by providing real-time data and process analytics to help companies avoid bottlenecks, optimize processes and make data-driven decisions. Functions such as warehouse KPIs or workload and layout visibility help create transparency and make workflows more efficient. Overall picking and putaway productivity can be increased by 5% through optimized workflows and fewer process interruptions.

4. Provide a specific application example or success story that illustrates how your solution works in practice.
A good example is our project with DHL as part of "Bullky Goods 2.0". DHL was looking for a solution to increase efficiency in its parcel centers and improve the working conditions for its employees, especially in light of the growing e-commerce boom.
Before integrating our solution, bulky parcels had to be scanned at stationary terminals. This was time-consuming and resulted in a lot of unnecessary movement. Our handheld scanners allowed workers to work hands-free, saving up to four seconds per scan.
The result: a significant increase in efficiency, fewer errors and ergonomic relief for employees. This is a great example of how our solutions solve real challenges and create sustainable improvements.
5. What future developments or trends do you see in the logistics industry, and how are you preparing for them?
Artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and mobile robotics are increasingly shaping the logistics industry. Automation solutions such as goods-to-person (G2p) robots and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) will play a key role in increasing efficiency and flexibility. These developments are a direct response to challenges such as labor shortages, an aging society and increasing pressure for efficiency.
ProGlove is preparing for this by making targeted investments in research and development. We are constantly expanding our software platform and have just launched Warehouse 360. This allows us to make real-time data and process analysis even more efficient. We also continue to develop our wearables to meet the needs of modern work environments. By working closely with our customers, we can understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them stay competitive. Our newly launched product MAI is another step in this direction. MAI is an ergonomic handheld assistant that combines process documentation, employee management and communication, giving warehouse workers full control over their workflows.
In this way, we ensure that our products and services not only meet today's needs, but also provide future-proof answers to industry trends and challenges.
